Country Valley Milk comes from a dairy farm about five minutes out of the Picton township.

They also purchase milk from two other local farms as well as an organic farm in Nowra. Aside from fresh milk, they also produce cheese, yoghurt and cream. Their milk comes straight from their cows to the plant and then out to their customers, with very little transport involved. Their milk is extremely fresh and therefore the shelf life is longer, up to seventeen days on the label but it actually keeps longer than that. They are constantly monitoring the quality of the feed and health of the cows to ensure that the milk produced is the best you can buy. They believe all these factors will combine to create a product that will make "the difference you can taste".

Roger and Carolyn Bilney’s cool climate avocados hang on the trees for more than 12 months and when picked are naturally ripened to ensure optimal quality and creamy texture. No pesticides are used.

Hass avocados - December to April.
